Looks like an oldish Atco heavy duty 24” which originally had a Villiers 150cc lightweight engine but has acquired a Honda engine of some sort.

Thanks wristpin if I bought it what’s it’s worth ?
A lot of work to get it looking good with not the
original engine I might pass on it
