Aspera / Tecumseh

Hello, I have recently purchased an Aspera HTR35 engine with reduction gearbox and pulley.
I’m struggling to find the age and what it was used for, the side pulley would indicate an elevator maybe ? The seller thought a rotary mower ? Any help would be much appreciated.
