    After a bit of swappery with Moggyjim I became the owner of an original 1960 Merry Tiller Major, after a bit of work it’s now going. Starts much better than my 1968 version but smokes a bit. It’s gained a V-plex pulley and lost the alloy one that was used to start it. Cleaned the points and got a spark made up a new throttle cable. Anyway it’s off to Yesterday’s Farming Show on Friday….
