i believe you are right, the rotor box looks very farmersboy. i have a lot of farmers boy paperwork in the office, so will have a look, when i get home, as working near sherborne, dorset at the moment. should be home in a month or so!
I have a farmers Boy Major complete with rotavator, ploughs, harrow and trailer frame. I plan to restore this tractor which my father bought new circa 1953.
I am interested in any spare parts such as tyres, points, plugs, paint etc. I have a handbook.
My tractor is in Athlone in Ireland.
