    Another find amongst the adverts in The Fruit Grower was this one for The Favourite hand seed drill. Two photos one of the whole page and a close up of the advert.

    Favourite looks like a Boby one….

    definately looks boby esk, although frame castings look slightly different to anything i have. they are from bury st edmonds same as boby, so assume they were taken over, as they themselves took over the originator of that style of drill, josiah le butt, in the 1880’s
