    in need of a head for my villiers mk25 engine on my allen scythe. do any one know where i might find one from. many thanks wingnut

    Other than a scrap engine try Meetens.

    Is this a two or four stroke engine?

    Think the mark 25 is four stoke? I don’t no how to say this with been new on forum ,with rules (Charlie), but there is one on a well known online auction site. Yes it is for a different model,but I think it will fit.

    OK so long as it is referred to as that site or similar and not named specifically.
    The Mk25 is a 4 stroke and the 25c a 2 stroke, both were fitted to the Allen Scythe.

    OK thanks very much for that Charlie, wasn’t to sure, i dont like to metion sites. if its a mk 25 I believe a head of mk12 will fit?,think you will gain a little compression.
