Please can anyone help who has accurate knowledge on vintage lawnmowers? I would like to know build dates for a Suffolk Viceroy mark 2 side wheel mower (on iron wheels) and a Ransomes Ajax Mark 4. Also when the rubber tyred Jalo Hoe were manufactured. Since they don’t have serial number plates I realise it’s difficult to give an accurate year of manufacture. Thank you.

Dates for lawn mower manufacture can be acquired freely by coming to The Hall and Duck Trust, go to our web site http://www.hdtrust.org and send an email from there (the site is being changed so take no notice of dating costs)
