i have recently come across a price list from 1963 for the tarpen flexible drive tools. this list mentions a power takeoff for a trusty tractor. i was wondering if anyone has every seen one of these or has any photos/literature?

Could it be for the Trusty Earthquake?

no. it lists “Tractors London Ltd” as the manufacturer and the model as trusty.

I think Charlie may be right- they don’t specify which Trusty product and by 1963 the Earthquake was their biggest seller. Certainly the Earthquake brochure had a picture of the Director’s wife using a Tarpen attachment fitted to an Earthquake (it was taken in the back garden of The White House, the home of all Trusty products).

Sorry for the poor reproduction, I will try to find a better copy.

i had not taken the date into consideration. if you have a better copy of the page from the earthquake brochure i would appreciate it.
