    I have due two of these machines, one used regularly at home and one at my allotment that has not been used for some time and is now in need of a new set of points. Can anyone help>please, I am told parts are hard to find? Both have the same engine, the large 2 stroke with the amal carb

    Hi there.
    I have obtained shay engine parts in the past from Jon Cruse, The Mower Centre, Hailsham ,East Sussex. He has vast stocks of obsolete spares. 01323 842477. daytime, he has a postal service and is totally reliable.
