Hi could you assist me in dating a trusty tractor. My husband brought a trusty about 5 weeks ago. However he has recently passed away unexpectedly and never had the chance to get it ready for a ploughing match. He would have liked to know the age of the machine. Below are the numbers that I have found on the machine. History of machine unknown as last owner brought from an auction.Serial no: 14291
it has a JAP Engine with these numbers 5W5816/9AGT and above that a stamp mark and Letter Y
It has a problem with the throttle at present and our friend is trying to fix it
any help much appreciated
