									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you look around the outer edge of the flywheel you will see 1/2&#8243; dia holes drilled in it which where used to balance the flywheel. Put a 1/2 bar in the deepest one of them and undo the nut. The strap wrenches are not very good as they spring to much. A puller is best used to pull the flywheel off, lump hammers are best avoided.</p>

If it was a generator or pump with a throttle and choke combined I would think about it, but as it is a Wheel horse with a manual choke do not bother. In all honesty quite a lot of them fire right up on tick over without any choke at all.<br />

When I turn up to a non starter I do not waste a micro second on the points and condenser I just change them straight over to electronic ignition, easier starting, smoother running, ignition timing automatically set and no kicking back.
