Here are the photos of my MG5 showing the cover and toolbox. The dimensions are in the PDF file.<br />
The cover looks to made using 16 gauge steel sheet. I have not given dims for the toolbox lid, it is a clearance fit over the top of the toolbox. The lip round the side is approx 10mm.<br />

We use either my 7.5 ton box lorry or twin axle flat-bed trailer behind Land Rover. I would definitely recommend a trailer with brakes. If you get a plant trailer it will usually have built in ramps and be lower than most other trailers which helps loading and unloading. It is a mk2 that he has and it has a different handle to what the brochures show. I&#8217;m not sure if he is still a member. That&#8217;s odd, all the pictures in the brochures show a round section handle. It certainly looks like your machine had a different style of handle though.<br />
There was a member called &#8216;rolloman&#8217; on the old forum that had a Tractivator as well, not sure what model though. I don&#8217;t think I have seen him on the new forum.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Can&#8217;t add anything to the advice you have already been given on the oil, other than I have also used Morris Oils. I think it was the gear oil I got from them.<br />
As for the pressure release valve in the pump, the manual states it is set to give 500 PSI.<br />
Any chance you could post a few photos?<br />

I have found my exhaust to be a bit oily when working the MG40, would you notice any oil coming from the exhaust on your machine? I have zero experience with two-stroke diesels and don&#8217;t know if this is to be expected.</p>

I have attached two French brochures for the MG40. The first one does not show the rear of the tractor unfortunately. The second one for the MG40 N shows the same type of lift arrangement that is fitted to my MG40.<br />
I wonder if what you are describing is the &#8216;cable lift&#8217; arrangement as opposed to the hydraulic lift on the MG40 N ?<br />

With regard to the video of the digger-dozer, I think YouTube would be your best bet as the forum has a size limit on files you can upload.</p>

The first is from &#8216;Nurseryman &amp; Seedsman&#8217; April 1954, and the second is from &#8216;The Grower&#8217; May 1955.<br />
