									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I believe that early MG2s had their serial no. on the body to the left of the engine, assuming that the serial no. plate at the back no longer exists. The engine no should be next to the oil filler. A picture of the wheels and load bearing rollers would be useful as early MG2s had different wheels to the later machines.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Inspired by expeatfarmers pictures of MG2 no 137 I took the top off the gearbox of my MG2, both crown wheels are marked AV 9&#215;34 with no other markings on the rims, makes me wonder if they are replacements for the original ones. Does anyone know if this is likely? At least I know that the brakes have plenty of life left in them!</p>
