									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi it&#8217;s me again. I solved the spark problem by fitting a new condenser but now nothing I do can get the engine firing. I have checked the timing several times and it looks spot on to me. I spray a little carb cleaner in to the pot turn her over and not a chance of firing. Any ideas</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s a new plug cap and the tester flashes when it&#8217;s connected from plug cap to earth. It&#8217;s as if the spark is not strong enough to jump the spark plug gap. Could it be the condenser?</p>
