I now have it running however when I engage the rotors they spin but under load stop turning and make a screeching sound? Any help would be very much appreciated.

I have stripped and cleaned it but the clutch will not work with maximum adjustment taken out (Pull lever adjusted or screwed in). Any information would be appreciated.
