									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As Wristpin stated is compression good, if you take spark plug out and stick your thumb over hole turn engine over quickly and it should blow off and if you lay plug on head at same time as your thumb is blown off a spark should be seen, if not have you had engine apart and got valve timing wrong.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I used one a few months ago that had not been started for at least 5yrs , tank was cleaned, oil changed, new plug and it run on E10 no problem, drain tank after finishing this year and run engine until carb is empty and you should have no problem.</p>
