Thanks for the reply, handle bars are two piece folding with white plastic around top with a typical throttle lever of the time ( no cable at present). Was thinking smaller manufacturers, a farm building maker nr me made a few Briggs engined mowers  mid 1970s steel decks though. Cheers Andy</p>

  Just aquired this mower(hopefully pictured) 18&#8243; side discharge alloy khaki greenish deck,originally white wheels offset at front. Briggs 3.5 hp dated October 1970. Vertical pull starter. Had it running feels capable of some mowing, deck has old repair to some cracking, has unusual sight glass oil filler cap.
